Difficulties to get a full food license

Recently I heard a story of a wood-fired pizza operator. Who is finding it difficult to get a full food license for his business. Currently, he has had to apply for the temporary food license. In every different council, he does events in. And this is a very expensive way of doing business. Whilst companies may provide training in local food laws and regulation. It doesn’t mean you will get a full food license.  Many councils have tightened up the rules with regards to mobile pizza operators. So be sure to do your research before you commit.
